

Many people agree it’s helpful to have a workout partner to keep motivated. It can be especially motivating to train with a group of people who have the same common goals as you. If you are competitive, exercising with a group motivates you to keep up with your peers.
NexLev offers group classes for people interested in getting fit. There are no more than four people in a class so you can develop a personal relationship with your trainer who will work with you to meet your individual goals.
The classes cover all of the basics of exercise such as building muscle through weight lifting and cardiovascular workouts. The exercises are taught with a preventive approach to build bone mass and muscles, which decreases the chances of getting hurt in everyday life and during activities you enjoy.
