  • How long will it take for me to see results?

Every person’s body is different and responds to exercise differently. Typically within four weeks clients can see a difference in their bodies.

  • How long is each training session and how many times a week will I meet with my trainer?

Depending on your specific goals and your schedule, you will meet with your trainer for about one hour each session anywhere between two to three times a week to exercise.

  • Does the NexLev Health and Fitness have all of the necessary equipment?

Yes! From free weights to a treadmill, our Gilbert studio is equipped with everything you need to do your workout. And Herb always says, all you really need are your arms and legs to get moving.
