
Biography
Herb Duncan , PT, Founder and CEO of Nexlev Health and Fitness, is a certified personal trainer with an emphasis on human movement science. He is a featured fitness column writer for the Ahwatukee Foothills News. He has been featured on ABC 15 News and the Arizona Republic. Completed work in Jamie Foxx’s motion picture “The Kingdom” filmed here in the valley in 2006.
He is regarded as one of Arizona’s finest and most sought out personal trainers. He has designed hundreds of programs for individuals suffering from Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Weight Management with a client list that includes Physicians, Professional athletes, Movie personalities and Fitness minded people concerned about general health. He frequently speaks at various seminars in the valley.
He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University where he played football and ran track, possessing world class speed in sprints. A second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, 5 years of boxing, and 4 years in Brazilian Jiu jitsu.
Drafted out of college he played professional football for 10 years, spent 6 years in the AFL and was a member of the Arizona Rattlers 97 Championship Team. Drafted by the NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1989, he played for 2 years. Played 2 years in the CFL.
